“They get up early, because they have so much to do, and go to bed early, because they have so little to think about. ”
― Oscar Wilde, The Picture of Dorian Gray
THE CRUX is it does not begin with getting early and sleeping early . It is about how productive we want our day to be. Studies have time and again proven this fact that our Brain is most active when we are sleeping second only to in morning; the Wee hours.
This being just a small part of the entire game.
Our daily routine, leads to formation of habits and from them we adopt our mighty LIFESTYLE which plays a significant role in our lives.
And from lifestyle i mean almost all the aspects of our lives ; the approach we carry about ourselves , the level of physical activity done in a day , the amount of water we drink , the cigarettes smoked in a day , how happy or sadness quotient we believe we have and the list goes on...
Our life depends on it so definitely it is something we cannot just under estimate.
A healthy conscious lifestyle ; make our lives enriching , fulfilling and delightful whereas an undisciplined one will make us go haywire.
😀😀 ( On A Lighter Note )
THE BODY
Question: Did you hear about the man who lost his whole left side?
Answer: He’s all-right now.
Becoming perfect is one thing ; becoming best versions of ourselves is entirely different thing. The latter being more practical, achievable and humane .
So let us thrive to be better than yesterday ; taking one moment at a time ; one day at a time and soon we are going to realize the small changes we cautiously made were not small in terms of bringing quality into our lives.. !
Do whatever which is on top priority, set reminder for drinking water, keep shoes and clothes ready for the workout , consciously make efforts to swap that junk food with healthier options etc.
