BEING WOMAN  We think so much about health of our loved ones , family and friends and keep normally ourselves in the last spot; yes we woman . Happy to see that sleek shining ray that times are changing. Women , girls are prioritizing their health; making healthier choices, making conscious decisions..  Silently smiling in joys of others, being happy in the moments, blushing on little achievements.. it's us. Our daily routine, leads to formation of habits and from them we adopt our mighty LIFESTYLE   which plays a significant role in our lives.  And from lifestyle i mean almost all the aspects of our lives ; the approach we carry about ourselves , the level of physical activity done in a day , the amount of water we drink , the cigarettes smoked in a day , how happy or sadness quotient we believe we have and the list goes on... Yes exactly ; you guessed it right.  How present we are in the current moment. Mind and thoughts keep wandering ; so our very own awareness serves the purpose .. to bring them here !  Back to the place where our Physical Manifestation is. Often we find ourselves struggling with how profound the impact of awareness can be on us ; on our lives ; on our relationships ; on our work and so on !!  So to bring back our awareness back to the point we need to take help of Concentration .  The Key To Our Will Power . .
